Payments, Credits and Refunds

The prices of course on nonattending are determined based on term of our promotions policy. In some instance the price of course offered on the nonattending websites may not be exactly the same as the price offered on our mobile application, due to mobile platform providers’ pricing systems and their policies around implementing sales and promotions.
We regularly run promotions and sales for our course and certain course are only available at discounted price for a set period of time. The price applicable to a course will be the price at the time you complete your purchase(at checkout). Any price offered for a particular course may also be different when you logged into your account from the price available to users who aren’t registered or logged in, because some of our promotions are available only to new users.
You agree to pay the fee of courses that you purchase and you authorize us to charge your debit card, credit card, netbanking or other payment service for those fee. Nonattending work with third-party payment processing partner to offer you the most convenient payment method to keep your payment information secure.
We do not process any refund so before purchase the course you must be assure about the course content and read your syllabus detail of related topic very clearly.
Nonattending may offer gift and promotional codes to students. Certain codes may be redeemed for prepaid credits applied to your nonattending account, which then may be used to purchase eligible course on our platform, subject to the terms include with your codes. Other codes may be directly redeemable for specific courses. These codes and credits may be expire if not used in certain period of times. Gift and promotional codes offer to you may not be refunded for cash.
